Once cylinder is delivered to the consumer, the distributor has to update the delivery status in the online portal. If this not happen consumer wont get the subsidy in his bank account. For all this, one has to link th aadhar card number to LPG consumer number and bank account. To link bank account to aadhar card, we need to walk in to bank. To link Consumer number to the aadhar card, we dont need to walk in to LPG distribute, we can directly link onlin at below portal https://rasf.uidai.gov.in/seeding/User/ResidentSplash.aspx Apart from this, In case LPG subsidy not reflected in Bank account, we can register complaint by calling 1800 2333 555 (Oil industries helpline) it is national payment authority call center. Complaint will be resolved within 48 hours. National payment authority they will force the distributor to update the delivery status and hence
